• Xpert Home Realty — California-licensed real estate brokerage (CA DRE #01444600). Helps buyers find and purchase homes in Southern California.
• Xpert Home Lending Inc. — Mortgage lender, Nick Nagy NMLS #314880. Provides residential mortgage loan origination services in California. Equal Housing Opportunity.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and ZIP / area of interest when you submit a form, request a list, reply to an ad, or initiate a call or text.
• Real estate preferences: the neighborhoods, price ranges, features, school districts, or property types you tell us about.
• Mortgage pre-qualification information: only when you voluntarily provide it during a consultation with Nick Nagy or his licensed team. We do not collect financial or credit information through web forms or ads.

• To match you with appropriate buyer's-agent partners within Xpert Home Realty and (if you ask) discuss mortgage financing through Xpert Home Lending Inc..

• To improve our services, ad targeting, and customer experience.
• To comply with legal, licensing, and regulatory obligations (California DRE, NMLS, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Fair Housing).

4. SMS / text messaging

By submitting a form or replying to one of our ads, you consent to receive text messages from Xpert Home Realty / Xpert Home Lending Inc. about your home search and related services, including from automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, and similar technologies to measure ad performance and improve targeting. Information may include hashed identifiers, page-view data, and event data (e.g., that you submitted a form). You can manage ad preferences through Meta's Ad Preferences and Google's Ad Settings.
